Beth and Ron, pre-party-prepping. Lots of folks helped with the party, neighbors from all around. A couple days later we were in a hardware store 2 towns over, and the clerk saw Tam's last name and said "You the folks that had the weddin' dinnah?"

The 1st hole, now parking lot, began to fill up.

The party started to swing. We really lucked out with the weather. The day started out sunny in the early morning, then the clouds started to roll in. One hour before the starting time, the wind was blowing chairs over and it seemed like we were going to get one of those electric Maine summer thunderstorms that last about 5 minutes, pour down about 4 inches of water and blow cats down the street. Fortunately things just calmed down, and there was a nice mix of sun and clouds, people lounging on the grass out in the fields and down by the pond; great weather! -e
