Phood

One thing I have trouble snapping off the hip is food photos. Tam makes so many great meals, and the pics I take always come out lousy. The pros rarely shoot live food, instead relying on plastic, sprays, props, glycerin, a whole barrage of things to make the edible look edible. Phood, photography food.

As Walter says, "Even a blind dog finds a bone once in a while." This is real food, real good food, a thin apple cake, an apple crisp, I believe, that was gone in less than 24 hours, mostly consumed by me, and I think the photo does it some justice.

So set yourself on down, take a load off. -e
