Last of the Bessed

So you want waterfront in Laguna Beach, Santa Barbara, or Seattle on the cheap? Click on this pano below. Just 2 hours drive (if that) from Santiago, about a half hour from Valparaiso, is Zapallar. This is the most populated part of the country in a dense community and look at all that land! There is hundreds of miles of undeveloped coast in Chile, from arid desert all the way to rain forest, like the US west coast. The catch is that you have to live so far from the US. Really beautiful homes in Zapallar, each one looking like it came out of a designer magazine.
