Key West is a great place to dink around on a bike. Really they should ban cars there, the place is flat as a pancake. Even on these hurricane lubed bikes it was a breeze getting around. Captain Thyroid, an uptight dude who rented us the bikes, told me my almost flat tires were supposed to be that way because they were 'balloon' tires. We mercilessly called him The Goiter.I liked The Goiter because he was just trying to do his job, even if it means giving you the wrong information and hounding you about paperwork and proper bike rental procedure. All you had to do was walk into any of our rooms and say, "The Goiter," and everyone would start rolling their eyes and saying "What did he do now?!?"

Great airport. This is waiting for our plane to take us off the island.
