Super Vision
Almost 2 years back we had seen a great play called "alladeen." It was about phone center operators in Bangalore, was smart and funny, with a very high tech stage presentation, with huge screens projecting words, images, and live video cam shots of the actors on stage playing people around the world. Good commentary on our shrinking world, melding cultures, what is lost and gained, etc. If you are into tech, there was no better play that we know of to see all the gadgets and effects, worth it alone without the good content. We saw another similar installment last night called "Super Vision." Marianne Weems is likely the main brain around these plays created by two art groups, The Builders Association and dbox. Really good stuff. If you are in Seattle and available Sunday night, we would recommend going.
